HAVE A PEACE OF MIND in your reservation !!
Your authorization to charge your credit card will suffice to guarantee
your reservation both for daily and monthly stays.
Your credit card will NOT be processed
for fund collection unless you don't show up on the date of your arrival
or cancel within the prescribed time frame.
Alternatively you can pay through those service providers the deposit
in USD or HKD which will be set off against your payment of room charge
upon check in.

After your payment is made, please provide us immediately
with the transaction number, ID and/or
receipt number to verify your reservation.
Any incidental banking, processing, administrative
costs and exchange differences thus incurred are for your account.
Your credit card will be required at check-in
to guarantee payment of any incidental charges.

| Guarantee Policy
For
daily stays especially check in after 18:00 hours, one-night's
room charge as Surety is required to guarantee your reservation,
otherwise considered as " enquiry
".
During the special events (exhibitions, Rugby
7, WTO conference etc.), high seasons (from 15 March, April, till
10 May, from 15 September, October, till 11 November) or low availabilities
(Fridays, Saturdays, day before/and public holidays), full payment
upfront is anticiapted.
For monthly stays, 50% of one-month's security
deposit is payable on your confirmation to reserve the accommodation.
The remaining 50% of one-month's security deposit
and the monthly rent must be paid upfront in full amount upon
check in.

| Cancellation/Amendment Policy
For daily stays, one-night's room charge of the
room booked will be levied for No Show or Cancel less than 48-hour
pre-advice for low and shoulder seasons.
100% of the total payment might be levied for
high season.
For monthly stays, the paid 50% security deposit
will be forfeited for No Show or Cancel less than 15 calendar
days pre-advice.
Amendment will be considered without charges depending on room
availability.
I/We hereby agree with this Cancellation/Amendment
Policy.

| Refund Policy
Under
advance notification of cancellation/amendment, the paid deposit
is assuredly availed for your next stay at any time.
